KGF tournaments, camps and showcases are PREPAY only.


Your team will not need to pay sanctioning fees for any KGF event.


Entries will be reserved in the order in which they are paid. Please do not wait until the last minute to pay, as it may cause you and/or your team to be waitlisted.

General Refunds

KGF tournaments, camps and showcases are PREPAY only.


If a division or event does not make, registered teams will be informed 1 week before the event so that your team has sufficent time to find another event to enter.


If a team withdraws from a tournament 10 days prior and up to the release of the schedule, you will be given 100% credit towards a future event within the same calendar year.  If a team withdraws after the schedule is released, no credit towards a future event and no refund is given. 


If a team withdraws 10+ days before the tournament start date (as long as the schedule has not been released) a full refund is given.


Please note: any convenience fees, credit card fees, processing fees etc, cannot be refunded in any situation.

Inclement Weather

 We will make every effort to have the field in playable condition for our tournament; however, we all know that the weather is out of our control. In the event of inclement weather and the weather does not permit us to play any or all games. It is our intent to have a fair rain refund policy that will be adhered to at this tournament. 

  

The general refund policy is outlined below; however, there may be cases where this policy will have to be altered by the directors. If the refund policy must be altered, the head coach of the team will be notified with the change(s) and an explanation as to why the refund has to be altered. 

  

The tournament director reserves the right to change the format of the event in an attempt to complete the tournament due to inclement weather.

  

  • 0 games played: 100% credit. (FULL REFUND) 
  • 1 game played: 50% credit to future event (NO CASH REFUND)- Once we have started, we are committed to our expenses for the event.
  • ****Please note that partial games will be      considered complete for the purposes of calculating credits.
  • If you have begun your SECOND contest you will receive 0% credit
