Please fill out the PDF KGF Roster Form and save to your computer.   Your roster will be good for the 2024-2025 season (August 1, 2024 – July 31, 2025) Please fill out the roster with as much information as possible for your athletes.  This form is used for NCAA compliance and recruiting purposes by college coaches in attendance of our events. After downloading and saving the roster form, click on the document upload link and upload the roster and your team insurance.
